Brand discipline. Public accountability.
Government doesn't operate like the private sector. Decisions move through public process, communications answer to elected officials and residents at the same time, and a message built for a corporate audience can fall flat or backfire in a public meeting. We've worked inside these institutions. That's where we learned what strong public sector communications look like and where the gap usually is.
What we add is the discipline consumer brands run on. Fifteen years in consumer packaged goods taught us to build on standard operating principles, the kind of tested, repeatable discipline that holds no matter who's running a project or how many hands it passes through. Public agencies need that and rarely get it.
The standard doesn't leave when we do. We build it with your team so it stays in place after the project ends.

HOW WE WORK
We are a small business, and we work the way public agencies need vendors to work: scoped deliverables, clear rates, responsive turnaround, and documentation that survives staff turnover. We work under standard professional services agreements, as a subconsultant on capital projects, or on an as-needed task order basis. We also respond directly to RFPs.
